This site has two licenses: one for what I write and photograph, one for the code that builds the site. The full texts are in the repository as CONTENT_LICENSE.md and LICENSE.

Writing and original media: CC BY-NC-SA 4.0

All original written content and original media on matthewd.xyz (posts, essays, poems, pages, and my own photographs and graphics) are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

You are free to:

• Share: copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
• Adapt: remix, transform, and build upon the material

Under the following terms:

• Attribution: give appropriate credit (for example, “Matt D., matthewd.xyz”, with a link to the original), provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.
• NonCommercial: you may not use the material for commercial purposes.

Third-party material

Images credited to someone else, such as Unsplash photos named in a caption, are not mine and remain under their own licenses. Quotations and linked material belong to their authors.
